Shaping Our Story: Congregational Vitality Survey

UUCE is teaming up with Convergence Consultants for a multi-step visioning process.

For Step 1, all who are involved in the life of the congregation are invited to complete the 2024 Congregational Vitality Survey. For high quality results, our goal is to have at least 160 congregants (approximately 80%) complete the survey by May 5, 2024.

The Congregational Vitality Survey is a wellness check for Convergence to learn about UUCE. The consultants will use this information, along with our attendance records, demographics, and other communications, to look for trends, concerns, and emerging possibilities and connections.

Because everyone has a perspective to share, we ask that each member of your household, including youth, take the survey individually.

The average completion time for the 46-question survey is 18 minutes.

For those with multiple survey-takers in your household
You will need to close your browser window after each person completes the survey and then open an incognito or in-private window for the next person. This will reset the survey to avoid getting a message it has already been completed.

Chrome users can find the “New Incognito Window” option by clicking on the three vertical buttons in the top right corner of your browser. There is a similar process for other browsers, and if you have trouble, do an internet search for “how to open a private window in [your browser name].”

Another option is for individual household members to complete the survey from different locations, like work, home, and church.

If you would like assistance to complete the survey, appointments will be available in the UUCE office on:

  • April 15, 1:00pm – 2:30pm
  • April 16, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
  • April 17, 12:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Other date/times by request (see below)

You are invited to come in, use the office computer or your own laptop, and receive any support you may need. To sign up for support, click here or call our office assistant, Colin, at 541-686-2775 x 3. If the listed days and times do not work for you, please reach out to office@uueugene.org
