Inner Attunement

Tuesdays, March 5 through April 16, 7:00pm-8:00pm

Facilitated by Rev Ed Conrad.
Inner Attunement is a practice which demystifies meditation, and makes it much more accessible whether you are a beginner or long time meditator. The scientific data is clear. You have a built-in design capable of creating a harmonizing frequency in your body which quiets the inner stressful noise of an overloaded nervous system. Inner Attunement facilitates this embodied experience and creates more ready access to intuition, creativity, and inner peace. This technology has real impact whether practiced for 3 minutes or 30 minutes. All are welcome!

Spiritual Practice Through Writing

Thursdays, April 11 - May 9, 6:30pm-8:00pm

Spiritual practices are specific activities you do to deepen your connection to the world around you or the sacred. Join us as we explore writing to make those connections. This is not a class to get editing tips to refine our skills as writers, but to use writing as a tool of reflection, centering, and discovery. You do not have to consider yourself a “good writer” to join us and sharing what we write is optional.

All are welcome, but please sign-up by email Ryan at faithformation@uueugene.org so we can make sure to have enough materials.
