Let the magic of the season unfold with local artists and vendors, crafts, music, wreath making, professional portraits, holiday treats, and more! And don’t miss a special children’s shopping event at the ReGifting store Friday evening. 

Vendors

We are now accepting vendor applications for both UUCE congregants and community members interested in having a table at our Bazaar. Please share this information with anyone who may be interested. Tables cost $35-$40.

ReGifting Store

Keep saving your gently used, practical, beautiful and unique items!

Ideas include:

Jewelry, dog toys, games, outdoor toys, stuffed animals, kitchen items, sports equipment, very small appliances (air fryers, crock pots, etc.), gift sets, music makers, candles, souvenirs, camping gear, pet toys, linens, art, gardening pots, tools, bowls and servings pieces, craft kits

No garage-sale type items (cosmetics, opened bottles of fingernail polish, items in need of repair, etc.), clothes, dish sets or televisions/large appliances.

How to donate: We ask that you set items aside until December 5th and 6th when we will have drop off times scheduled. If you are unable to hold onto donations until this time, or have general questions about the bazaar, please contact: bazaar@uueugene.org

A note about the Handmade Marketplace
This year, UUCE will NOT host a marketplace bazaar table. We still love to see your talents come to life. Please consider donating the results of your handicrafts in the Winter Online Auction.

Winter Online Auction FUNdraiser!

Help keep the winter blues away!

  • Submit your donations beginning November 14.
  • Catalog available and bidding begins: Thursday, Dec 5
  • Bidding closes Sunday, Dec 15 at midnight.

The catalog will include donations from UUCE members:

  • Fun parties, events, outings and more. Here’s a link to an idea list to help with planning. Consider coordinating with friends to make these happen.
  •  Homemade items previously sold at the UUCE Bazaar table. (Catalog photos make things look brighter and can be seen by a larger audience. Storage available on request.)
  • Winter Parties
    • Jan 18: Cozy Soup Night and folk singing
    • Feb 15: Sweetheart Ball with desserts and dancing
    • Mar 14: Pi Day on a Friday with round singing
  • A Paddle Raise: supports a special project at church, a secret until the catalog comes out.
