Cascadia Chalice Lighters:
Help Our Fellow Pacific Northwest Churches
Unitarian Universalists helping congregations grow in spirit, strength, and size. Cascadia’s ‘Growth Funds’ and ‘Chalice Lighters’ program provide financial support to help Unitarian Universalist congregations in reaching their stepping stones to vibrancy, connection and inclusion.
Each year, Cascadia Chalice Lighters provides funding to three Unitarian Universalist churches in the Pacific Northwest to help with needs like heating systems, roof repairs, media upgrades, and more.
With a minimum of $20 per campaign, just three contributions a year can go a long way in supporting UU churches across the Pacific Northwest. Larger gifts are always welcome!

How can UUCE become eligible for a grant?
If at least 30% of our members participate as Chalice Lighters, UUCE becomes eligible to apply for a grant when needed. In fact, past grants from Cascadia Chalice Lighters helped fund our choir risers and other pulpit area improvements!
