Mindfulness Meditation
Our minds are our most powerful tools. Mindfulness study enables us to direct these tools to enhance every facet of being human. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to help regulate blood pressure, relieve anxiety, improve sleep quality, and ease depression. The ability to focus the mind brings emotional benefits as well. Join us in this interactive, informative, and enjoyable study. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome to attend this ongoing group when you are able and interested.
Jennifer earned an MA in Human Development, taught middle school, and has been a meditation instructor for over twenty years.
