Roaring 20s Gala and Auction
A gala celebration designed to start off a new decade on a happy note,
with some fun to last all year!
You can help create the fun by offering up an experience, dinner, or unique creation.
Let these already donated items spark your imagination:
- A Mardi Gras party with a rich Cajun and Creole menu for eight
- An elegant candlelight dinner for six
- A weekend at a nearby B&B
- A $500 shopping extravaganza at the Fifth Street Market
- An Indian feast with traditional music for eight

- A toga party (singing “Shout” optional)

What is the dress code?
On gala night, come as you might have been in the 20’s of the past, as you’d like to be in the 20’s of the future, or just as you are. Dressing up is encouraged!
What activities are planned?
On gala night, you can bid on auction items for all interests and budgets, while you nibble on appetizers and sip your choice of festive beverage (a cash bar will be available), enjoy the music, and socialize with folks you only see after service or across the meeting room.
How do I bid in the auction?
Once you register, you will be assigned a bidding number that you will pick up during check-in.
Can I bring my kids?
Kids will enjoy a Roaring Good time at their own party in the care of UUCE’s own child care staff! Reserve your spot now to guarantee space (deadline is 8pm, Sunday, January 12) by clicking the button below. Free pizza will be provided.
How much does it cost to attend?
Entry is a sliding scale from $10 to $50 per person which covers appetizers. Kids are free!
How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets are not required. Please click on the big pink button below to register yourself, a plus one and/or any children who would like to attend. Registration fees are paid at the door with cash, check or credit card.
