Guiding and performing continuing maintenance, upgrades
and improvements to the UUCE building and grounds.

•  Committee of 5-6 member volunteers to execute the above strategy.

•  Contractors and volunteers to carry out priorities established by the committee.

•  Fiscally responsible use of the Committee’s annual budget.

•  Works with the Business Manager.

First responders are any staff or volunteers on site during any church or private event. This includes guardians, office personnel, worship associates, ushers, greeters, minister, music director, custodians, kitchen team, audio-visual team, RE teachers.
