CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICE AND STUDY
Deb Huntley coordinator, email@example.com
Sundays, 8:30am to 9:30pm, SE
Mondays, 5pm to 5:45pm, Chapel (Except holidays or severe weather.)
All sincere and silent sitting meditations and prayer are welcome. All faiths and beliefs are compatible with our secular contemplative meditation practice. Basically, these meditation gatherings are practiced in the spirit of demonstrating individual and group peace activism. Sitting and walking in silent meditation with group support can be a quiet and powerful statement of our presence. While we may experience a personal sense of well-being, our meditations are a peacemaker activity for our church, our greater community, and for our world.
Simple mindfulness-awareness sitting and walking meditation.
